[AG]WPJA!!!

I’m sooooo excited to have been accepted to the Artistic Guild of the Wedding Photojournalist Association! I’m fortunate to be part of some amazing associations that accept a limited, juried group of photographers, including Photographik, the team at Modern Photographers / Don’t Box Us In /Trash the Dress, and Wedfog. Adding the [AG]WPJA is the icing on the cake! To quote them, their members create ‘fine art from real moments.’ What could be better?

** (A note for brides… As you’re choosing the wedding photographer to invite to photograph your wedding, of course look for amazing images and a terrific connection. Also give weight to the juried organizations they belong to where peers have chosen their work as outstanding. But at the very least, make sure that your photographer is a member of the open organizations that support and educate the industry, WPPI and PPA at a minimum. I’m proud to be a member of both. I take caring for my clients and the health of my business seriously!)
